What Falls Outside Our Rental Service
Astrogecho is a letting and management agency — we are not a property maintenance contractor. If a boiler fails or structural repairs are needed, we coordinate the process but the costs and contractor relationships remain with you as the landlord. We also don't offer guaranteed-rent schemes or rent-to-rent arrangements. Our role is to find you the best available tenant at the best achievable rent and to keep the tenancy running smoothly. If a tenant relationship deteriorates to the point of formal legal proceedings, you will need to engage an advocate; we support the process but cannot represent you in court or tribunal.
