Who We Are and What We Actually Do
Astrogecho was established in Eldoret in 2017 with a clear purpose: to offer property services at a standard that the city's growing professional and investment community deserved but rarely found locally. We handle residential and commercial property sales, lettings, and market valuations. We do not build, develop, or project-manage construction. Our work begins where property already exists — and our job is to move it, let it, or accurately price it on behalf of clients who expect results without unnecessary drama. We serve individuals relocating to or from Eldoret, local families optimising long-held assets, businesses seeking commercial premises, and investors building rental portfolios across Uasin Gishu County. Our client base spans residents in Eldoret's established neighbourhoods — Elgon View, Milimani, Huruma — through to landholders in the surrounding agricultural belt and diaspora clients managing assets from abroad. In seven years we have handled over 280 property transactions and valuations across the region.
